At the closing ceremony of the week of innovative ideas "InnoWeek-2023", held under the motto "Creative education and innovation - the basis for the development of new Uzbekistan" in Samarkand region, the active participation of professors and teachers of Samarkand International University of Technology was especially emphasized.

During the events of the week SIUT University was awarded with a certificate for its contribution to creative education and innovation as a basis for the development of New Uzbekistan. A group of professors and lecturers of SIUT University: Mohammad Gouse Galety, Head of Computer Science Program, was awarded a first degree diploma as the author of the most appropriate innovative solution to the problems of the region in the nomination of innovative idea; SIUT professor Jimbo Claver received a commendation from the Department of Science and Innovation of Higher Education of Samarkand region for the seminar-training "Deep Learning in Finance" held for the students of Samarkand at the "Startup Day".
